All Lines Technology is seeking a versatile Help Desk Technician. This role blends hands-on technical work with remote support responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in both hardware and customer-facing environments.

Responsibilitie

  • sDeploy and image Windows laptops using Microsoft Deployment Tools
  • .Perform manual software installations and ensure proper configuration of devices
  • .Provide remote and in-person support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently
  • .Troubleshoot and support common Windows applications, including the Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • .Maintain and update device images and monitor application performance
  • .Connect devices to Azure Active Directory and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • .Perform hardware replacements and upgrades (e.g., batteries, hard drives, displays)
  • .Document support interactions and manage tickets using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
  • .Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary

.Qualification

  • sAS or BS degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field
  • .Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • .Experience with imaging tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or similar
  • .Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite
  • .Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution
  • .Basic understanding of Azure AD and device management
  • .Experience with hardware troubleshooting and replacement
  • .Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
  • .OS X and iOS experience is a plus
