Position Overview
As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be the face of Crown & Raine — welcoming guests, creating a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and ensuring every visit feels personalized and royal. You'll manage the flow of appointments, support our stylists and headspa specialists, and help create a five-star experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Compensation
$15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all guests and ensure an exceptional first impression
  • Manage the appointment schedule, confirmations, and check-ins via our booking system
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and online inquiries with professionalism and promptness
  • Educate clients about our services, memberships, and promotions
  • Assist with product recommendations and retail sales
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and retail area
  • Support the team by coordinating guest flow and ensuring smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, salon, spa, or luxury service setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, polished appearance, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and providing elevated customer experiences
