How You'll Make an Impact
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with a strategic data center customer
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive account strategy
- Drive growth by aligning customer needs with Hitachi Energy's innovative solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across five business units
- Act as the central point of contact for all customer interactions and escalations
- Represent customer interests internally while supporting business unit goals
- Mentor and guide internal teams to ensure alignment and success
- Lead strategic negotiations and manage complex projects
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in account management
- 5+ years working with data center clients, ideally hyperscale
- Proven success in matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
- Role will be based in San Francisco, CA area
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- 50% travel
