Job Description – Cash Posting Specialist

Cash Posting Specialists Duties include:

  • Process customer checks and electronic payments
  • Data entry of banking information
  • Preparing bank deposits
  • Reconciling daily deposits

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Data entry and 10 key
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Prior cash handling experience preferred (ie: balancing a register, making deposits)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must successfully pass a background check and credit check
