Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a vital role in our financial operations, ensuring that all incoming payments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be at the forefront of managing customer accounts, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with various teams to uphold our commitment to exceptional service. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will help drive our success in revenue cycle management.

What you'll do

  • Process and record incoming payments while ensuring accuracy in data entry and account reconciliation.
  • Manage customer accounts by tracking outstanding invoices and following up on overdue payments through effective negotiation techniques.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Mail out invoices and monthly statements as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and payment issues promptly and professionally.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong math skills with the ability to perform credit analysis, account analysis, and manage debits & credits effectively.
