About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist with hands-on experience in CentralReach, the leading practice management and clinical data platform for behavioral health and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and visualizing key operational and clinical metrics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to extract and interpret data from CentralReach, ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and delivering actionable insights that improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Extraction & Reporting:
  • Pull, clean, and validate data from CentralReach and related systems.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., billable hours, session utilization, staff productivity, client outcomes).
  • Analysis & Insights:
  • Analyze trends in scheduling, revenue, attendance, and service delivery.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to management and clinical directors.
  • System Optimization:
  • Collaborate with CentralReach administrators to improve data capture, workflows, and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies within CentralReach.
  • Data Visualization:
  • Build and maintain visual reports using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Compliance & Quality:
  • Ensure data handling complies with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards.
  • Maintain documentation for data processes, definitions, and report logic.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1 year of experience in a data analysis role.
  • 2 Years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working directly with CentralReach (reporting, data exports, dashboards, or API integrations).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or healthcare data environments.
  • Experience creating automated dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Knowledge of billing, scheduling, or clinical documentation workflows in CentralReach.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who takes initiative and ownership of results.
