What You'll Do

  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and deliver actionable insights.
  • Analyze data and trends to support decision-making, operational improvements, and strategic planning.
  • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and KPIs across departments.
  • Collaborate with IT and project managers to develop and implement efficient systems and solutions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, meaningful reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor outcomes and continuously refine recommendations based on performance data.

What We're Looking For


Stable:
You've built a track record of loyalty and impact — ideally
3–5+ years average tenure
at reputable organizations.


Qualified:
You hold a
relevant degree
(Business, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or related field) from an
accredited university
.


Local:
You're
based in the Tri-County area (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach)
and
ready to work on-site
— no hybrid or remote-only candidates, please.

Additional requirements:

  • 3–7 years
    of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    ,
    Power BI/Tableau
    ,
    SQL
    , or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can turn insights into influence.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and IT teams.

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
  • Prior experience in
    consumer goods, manufacturing, or professional services industries.
  • Knowledge of
    process improvement methodologies
    (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
