Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in the Decatur, IL area

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available

What we are offering: 

$18- $21/HR Yearly raises up to 5% Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call. $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component. Blue Cross / Blue Shield Medical Insurance for only $45.00 a month for yourself Free Life and Dental Insurance Vision and Disability Insurance. Paid EPA Certification training 9 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off,1stYear = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years =  120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours. 20% off rent at any of our owned communities. Tool reimbursement program, up to $500 per year.Boot and pant reimbursement yearly

 Qualifications: 

2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to help with emergency on call phone coverage

    A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).
