Job description:

We are seeking Guest Experience Brand Ambassadors for our client, an exciting new attraction opening in Times Square this fall

In this role, you will be the public face of the attraction where a "guest first" experience is the number one priority. Responsibilities include interacting and engaging with all guests and providing great customer service along with creating a positively memorable time for everyone during their visit.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • ·Greet, direct, and engage with all guests to provide outstanding customer service
  • Maintain superior knowledge of the attraction and all its products and experiences
  • Work with fellow team members to champion a culture of excellence ensuring every guest interaction is personalized and meaningful
  • Maintain visual display standards and replenishment of product to directed levels
  • Empathize and follow-up with guests regarding any concerns or questions that they may raise during their visit
  • Support company objectives for establishing a top tier attraction and retail business in NYC
  • Operate POS registers, handling guest purchase transactions efficiently, and maintaining accurate paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of a HS Diploma/equivalent, Associates Degree preferred
  • Prior experience working in a customer-facing role in a museum/attraction, retail, or hospitality setting
  • Seeking to work a variable schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Stellar customer service skills, with natural ease for making conversation with guests.
  • Excellent verbal communication in English. Conversational fluency in a language other than English is a major plus
  • Reasonable, reliable commute to Times Square for shifts starting as early as 9am, ending as late as midnight
  • Physical Requirements – This position involves extended periods of standing and regularly use of 1-2 flights of stairs.
