The English and Spanish Bilingual Furniture Agent is the key point of contact for our customers looking to dress up their home Build strong connections with your customers and share in the pride that comes with having a furnished house.

What will you be doing?

  • Selling: Greet, build rapport, qualify and encourage people to purchase;
  • Customer Service: Honor your commitments by tracking orders through fulfillment, and facilitating service and repairs;
  • Administration: Accept payments, process financing, and customer follow-up;
  • Merchandising: Dust, vacuum, wipe, and straighten furniture displays;
  • Training: Continually be learning new methods and new products to become more successful.

What skills are needed?

  • you are able to fully communicate in both English and Spanish
  • you are able to clearly and professionally communicate verbally and through text channels,
  • you are patient and can navigate rejection positively,
  • you can motivate and encourage customers towards a purchase,
  • you are organized, goal oriented and persistent,
  • you are confident and resourceful,
  • you can operate computers, phones, tablets, and payment terminals effectively and accurately.
