Job Summary

We at CC Military Surplus are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. We are a family owned local business that will provide the training you will need with opportunities for advancement.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and promoting our products effectively.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and effective communication.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills to ensure accurate cash handling and transactions.
  • Familiarity with product demonstrations is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
