What You Will Do

• Define the global product experience standard and visual language; build and maintain the cross-platform Design System (App/Web/Desktop).

• Design and implement AI-native interaction paradigms (Agents, intent-based workflows, multi-turn dialogues).

• Lead information architecture and core interaction frameworks, delivering high-quality, high-fidelity design specifications.

• Serve as the design quality gatekeeper, reviewing and elevating deliverables from the China-based design team to ensure international SOTA standards.

• Establish effective cross-cultural and asynchronous collaboration processes, enabling scalable and consistent design execution across global teams.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for

• 8–12+ years of UI/UX design experience with real product launches in North America or Europe.

• Demonstrated ability to build Design Systems, visual languages, and multi-platform interaction frameworks.

• Strong experience in AI product interaction (e.g., agents, conversational UX, intent modeling, AI workflows).

• Deep product thinking and the ability to articulate design rationale, problem framing, and end-to-end decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; proven cross-cultural collaboration experience in distributed teams.
