Call Center Representative

We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Call Center Assistant to join our Phase 1 Unit Call Center team. This position will be part of a team focused on recruiting participants for our research studies and contribute to the company's success. Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule participants with a screening appointment utilizing our participants database;
- Utilize a phone screener to determine whether participants meet the required criteria for our available research studies.
Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Shifts can vary during those hours) and rotating Saturdays from (9:00am - 1:00pm required)
Qualifications- High school diploma;
- Experience in the medical industry preferred;
- Experience in a call center environment preferred; and
- Ability to work a first and second shift schedule between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm with rotating Saturday's and extended hours.
