WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

As our Customer Service Representative - Service Sales Specialist, you'll earn a competitive salary range of $80,000–$120,000 annually, plus commission. All that you need is:

  • 2+ years of experience in the field servicing HVAC, refrigeration, and/or food service equipment
  • EPA Certification

A Journeyman license is preferred but not required.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SERVICE SALES SPECIALIST?

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call duties and overtime available.

As our Customer Service Representative - Service Sales Specialist, you'll conduct weekly customer check-ins both in person and by phone, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. You'll run service calls, complete repairs, and provide accurate quotes for maintenance, service work, and installations. Your ability to combine technical service with customer care will be key to your success.
