Responsibilities

  • Conduct between 150 to 250 calls daily.
  • Respond to inbound leads promptly and effectively.
  • Make outbound calls to homeowners, sharing the compelling benefits of solar energy.
  • Schedule appointments for our solar consultants to meet with homeowner.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Uphold a professional tone and demeanor on the phone.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with speaking to individuals, including experience with cold calling or outreach.
  • Availability to work on-site during office hours.
