Position Title: Change Management Lead

Contract Duration: 12 months +

Work Location: Austin, TX - Will be one week onsite and one week offsite. Could eventually be remote

Project Details
The Global Planning, Portfolio, and Change team needs two change management consultants on large, cross-functional system/process implementations and providing change management training, tools, templates and support to our internal Project Managers. Consultants will partner with project and functional teams based in the US, EMEIA and APAC to help support the roll out of a multi-year disclosed program.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of Enterprise Change Management experience with a large corporation.
  • Experience with change management concepts (i.e., PROSCI), tools and implementations
  • Proven project management experience
  • Ability to gain trust and solicit action from project partners
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills across project teams, management and internal partners
  • Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Ability to work with teams from multi-cultural backgrounds, countries, and time zones
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Description
Consultants will execute change management on a large, cross-functional initiative, including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications and training plans.

  • Execute and deliver proprietary methodology and templates acting as a reference point for queries and information from stakeholders
  • Maintain and update change management framework and templates
  • Work independently while providing visibility and status reporting to project team, change management team and leadership
