We currently have an opening for a Project Coordinator in our Nashville office to perform the following responsibilities. We are looking for an energetic professional who seeks to apply and develop their skills and contribute to a growing organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Coordinate equipment and material shipping and delivery requirements.

· Kit and stage materials and equipment for installation projects.

· Work directly with Project Managers and Operations to coordinate with project timelines and completion dates.

· Process materials and equipment purchase orders as directed by Project Managers and Operations.

· Travel to project sites as needed to assist with project needs.

· Maintains warehouse inventory and inventory tracking program.

· Maintains warehouse organization, cleanliness, and process flow.

Qualifications:

· Excellent planning, organizing, and implementing skills that allow successful coordination of projects.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

· Solid work ethic and positive approach required.

Efficient with Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
