We are growing and seeking a warm, organized, and energetic Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our clinic.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience. This individual will manage daily front office operations, assist with scheduling, support providers, and ensure patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and provide an inviting, professional atmosphere

  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups

  • Check patients in/out and maintain accurate patient records

  • Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries in a timely and friendly manner

  • Collect payments and manage point-of-sale transactions

  • Verify patient forms and assist with intake documentation

  • Coordinate with medical assistants, providers, and management for seamless workflow

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

  • Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA compliance

  • Support clinic marketing efforts (reviews, referrals, membership programs)

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, medical office, spa, or wellness clinic experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Professional and polished appearance

  • Comfortable using EMR systems and digital scheduling platforms

  • Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve patients

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
