Golden Touch Painting Company is a growing painting business known for our quality work, professionalism, and personal touch. We're looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Office Administratorto help keep our operations running smoothly while also supporting our online presence and marketing efforts.
Position Overview
The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, customer communication, and digital organization. This role also includes light marketing support—helping with social media updates, photo/video content, and the use of AI tools to streamline office and creative work.
We're looking for someone self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative to improve systems and keep things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize company documents using Google Docs, Google Drive, and Microsoft Word
- Maintain and update the Google Calendar for project schedules and team coordination
- Handle emails, calls, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) including taking photos and videos of projects and posting updates
- Create simple marketing materials using Canva (flyers, graphics, etc.)
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Sintra AI, etc.)
- Keep records organized—quotes, invoices, contracts, and job details
- Support management with project coordination and administrative needs
Qualifications
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and basic content creation
- Comfortable using AI programs for productivity and creativity
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confident taking and posting photos and videos for marketing use
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role preferred

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
