Position Summary

In this accounting-focused role, you will oversee financial operations from A to Z ensuring GAAP compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all financial functions. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and other departments to maintain financial integrity and support informed decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and schedules in accordance with GAAP.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation to ensure timely cash flow.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage daily cash operations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Provide financial insights to management to support sound business decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, GAAP standards, and internal controls.
  • Experience with public accounting or audit exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
