Who You Are

We're looking for a highly analytical and motivated professional to join our team, working closely with our leadership on data center capital-raising initiatives. You'll play a key role in supporting financial modeling, document preparation, and communications with financing partners. This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with capital markets, thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, pays close attention to details, and is eager to take ownership of critical workstreams that bridge finance, strategy, and legal operations.

What You'll Do

  • Support the structuring, marketing, and execution of debt and equity capital markets transactions for data center projects.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to inform decision-making and deal structuring.
  • Assist in investor due diligence and manage third-party advisors (banks, consultants, legal, technical, etc.).
  • Prepare pitch materials, offering memoranda, and investor presentations for lenders, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Manage document aggregation and organization to streamline legal and financing workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across construction, energy, engineering, finance, and legal to push financing initiatives forward.
  • Track and analyze market activity across data center, infrastructure, and energy capital markets.
  • Review key financing documents.
  • Contribute to ongoing strategic capital planning, including evaluation of alternative financing structures (project finance, asset-backed debt, JV equity, etc.).

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, capital raising, or other analytical fields
  • Experience or interest in the data center industry
  • Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Highly responsive, professional, and capable of representing the company externally

  • Experience with capital raising or investor relations
  • Familiarity with legal documentation in financing or M&A transactions

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range $130,000—$160,000 USD
