As Head of Capital Markets at Bounce, you'll spearhead our funding strategy and capital initiatives that power our innovative debt recovery platform. How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Capital Strategy & Execution: Develop and refine Bounce's overall capital markets strategy, ensuring a continuous and scalable flow of funding at optimal terms that align with the company's goals.
  • Actively participate in the investment committee to provide strategic input on capital allocation, ensuring that funding sources are strategically deployed to maximize returns.
  • Debt Facility Management : Lead the negotiation and structuring of diverse debt facilities, such as warehouse lines, term loans, SPV joint ventures, and forward-flow arrangements.
  • Oversee the operationalization of these funding sources to ensure seamless integration and effective management across the business.
  • Investor Relations & Communication: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a range of investors, including banks, credit unions, institutional investors, and alternative funding sources.
  • Provide transparent, regular updates to investors on performance and capital utilization, building trust and confidence in Bounce's strategic direction.
  • Capital Allocation & Portfolio Construction:Work closely with the investment committee and senior leadership team to shape and guide capital allocation decisions, ensuring that funds are deployed efficiently in line with Bounce's strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to the construction of diverse debt portfolios, ensuring that they are balanced and aligned with Bounce's risk appetite and growth ambitions.
  • Investor Reporting:Lead the creation of capital markets-related reports and presentations for investors, ensuring that all communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with investor expectations.
  • Communicate Bounce's credit performance and funding strategy effectively to both existing and potential investors.
  • Product Development & Structuring:Partner with internal teams to design and launch new financial products aimed at meeting the evolving needs of Bounce's customer base.
  • Contribute to the structuring of these products to ensure that they are financially viable and aligned with the company's capital strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in capital markets, particularly within fintech, asset-based lending, or credit special situations.
  • Proven expertise in structuring and managing diverse financing solutions, including warehouse lines, term loans, and forward-flow agreements.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, debt instruments, investor relations, and financial product structuring.
  • Experience in capital allocation decision-making and contributing to investment committee discussions.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a hands-on approach to execution.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary

Base Salary: $200,000 - $275,000

Annual Bonus: 25-40% based on base ($50,000 - $110,000)
