About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned capital markets and investor relations leader to elevate our engagement with global investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. In this senior role, you will shape our capital markets strategy, strengthen institutional relationships, and develop high-quality financial communications that clearly articulate our long-term vision and business performance.

This position is ideal for a candidate with deep experience working with public companies, institutional investors, and equity research analysts—and who thrives in a fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Markets Strategy

  • Develop a clear and compelling capital markets positioning strategy.
  • Provide insights on market expectations, sector dynamics, and valuation drivers.
  • Monitor peer activity, competitive trends, and macro-level developments that may influence investor perception.

Investor Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, buy-side and sell-side analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at investor meetings, conferences, and financial events.
  • Respond to investor inquiries with timely, accurate, and high-quality information.

Financial Communications

  • Lead the preparation of earnings materials, investor presentations, and key financial disclosures.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure all external messaging is consistent, transparent, and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Support leadership with briefing materials, talking points, and Q&A preparation for investor interactions.

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Synthesize data from financial markets, industry research, and investor feedback into actionable recommendations.
  • Track shifts in investor sentiment and provide updates to senior leadership on emerging risks or opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with finance, communications, legal, and business leaders to accurately represent company strategy, performance, and priorities.
  • Partner with product and strategy teams to develop a deep understanding of business drivers and upcoming milestones.
