Internet Sales Agent Responsibilities:

  • Speak directly with customers face-to-face to deliver compelling product presentations and match the best service to fit their needs
  • Build trust and rapport at their residence to create positive, lasting relationships that promote brand loyalty
  • Participate and eventually lead in Internet Sales Agent training meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and compliance guidelines with team members
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to ensure customers get the most out of their experience and our client's offerings
  • Track and organize sales data and goals in order to analyze trackable results that can help with developing and improving sales strategies

Internet Sales Agent Requirements:

  • Experience as an Internet Sales Agent, Customer Service Associate, Sales Support Representative, or any customer-facing role is a plus
  • A people-first mindset to lead meaningful conversations and carry on into impactful interactions
  • Eager to learn and grow in any level of our team where you are always motivated to improve and develop new skills
  • Work with integrity, always do the right thing especially when no one is watching
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment but also thrive working independently without constant supervision

This uncapped commission role offers strong earning potential — most representatives earn between $41,600 and $62,400 annually, with $50–$170 earned per sale.
