Now, we're bringing our proven model to Phoenix, AZ, and we're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Director of Sales to lead that expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor opportunity for a builder who thrives on taking a new market from zero to one. You'll lead TCS's sales expansion in Phoenix, owning every stage from cold outreach to contract signing. You'll play a hands-on role in launching new accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable growth during the first six months of operation prior to a team being built to support your region's expansion.
What You'll Do
- Build the Market: Develop and execute a Phoenix go-to-market plan targeting hospitals, surgical centers, and healthcare systems.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Generate and qualify leads, set meetings, deliver proposals, and close contracts — taking prospects from cold call to signed agreement.
- Launch New Accounts: Partner with our Kansas City Office and National Accounts Manager to source labor, oversee service launches, and ensure client satisfaction until revenue thresholds are met.
- Foster Relationships: Build meaningful partnerships with new clients, setting the foundation for long-term success and seamless transition to regional Account Managers.
- Educate & Consult: Articulate how TCS's infection-prevention systems and quality assurance protocols deliver ROI and improve patient safety.
- Collaborate & Report: Work directly with the CEO to align growth priorities and track performance against strategic goals.
What You Bring
- Proven Track Record: Success taking a territory or service line from concept to revenue — ideally within B2B services, healthcare, or facility management.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: You thrive in ambiguity, build systems from scratch, and deliver measurable growth.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Strong ability to uncover needs, build trust, and deliver tailored, value-based solutions.
- Operational Awareness: Experience managing service delivery or client onboarding during early-stage market growth a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
