Job Summary

Crepe Delicious is an established and growing company in the franchise industry, focused on expanding our national and international presence. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative and Franchise Sales Assistant to support our franchise development team. This role combines general administrative duties with hands-on support in the franchise sales process, playing a key role in managing lead flow, maintaining CRM data, preparing documents, and coordinating communications with prospective franchisees.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize franchise discovery calls and webinars
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective franchisees via email and phone in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales data within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Prepare and organize franchise materials including Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), applications, presentations, and contracts
  • Track prospects through the franchise sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales team
  • Support in planning and execution of discovery days, virtual meetings, and onboarding tasks
  • Assist in compiling sales performance reports and maintaining dashboards
  • Ensure franchise compliance documentation and timelines are up to date
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline franchise lead generation and follow-up

Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or franchise sales support (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Experience in the franchise industry or familiarity with FDDs and the franchise sales process (a strong plus)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29, $33,000.00 per year
