What You'll Do

  • Welcome every customer warmly and create a positive first impression.
  • Listen to customers' needs and help them choose the right vehicle.
  • Learn about our inventory and explain features and benefits clearly.
  • Assist with test drives and make sure customers feel confident and informed.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to build lasting relationships.
  • Keep the dealership and vehicle displays organized and inviting.
  • Work with the management and finance teams to complete deals smoothly.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Basic experience in sales (automotive experience is a plus but not required).
  • Fluent in Spanish (English skills are a plus).
  • Willingness to learn about vehicles and financing options.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and great communication skills.
  • Comfortable working weekends and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
