Executive Assistant — Asher Auto Group (Dallas, TX)

Asher Auto Group is an expanding, family-owned automotive repair organization based in Dallas, TX, operating industry-leading brands like Asher Auto Care and DTX Automotive. We're seeking an organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our Owner and COO to help manage day-to-day operations across multiple businesses. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Owner and COO
  • Manage schedules, calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Strong with Social Media and Creativity
  • Handle vendor relations, onboarding, and renewals
  • Oversee basic financial and operational tasks including bill payments, expense tracking, and reconciliations (for both business and personal accounts)
  • Coordinate meetings, projects, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain digital filing systems and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating company events
  • Support strategic projects and special initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in an executive assistant, operations, or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, or similar tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Interest in small business operations or the automotive industry is a plus
  • Must be willing to think outside the box and be a fast learner, and want to grow and level up.

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (in-office role) some work from home

Compensation: Based on experience starts at 52,000 annually plus benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52, $60,000.00 per year
