Healthcare client is seeking two Project Coordinators to support ongoing initiatives within the AT Core Tech Refresh Program and general project delivery efforts. Each role has a distinct focus, but both require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role 1: Project Coordinator - AT Core Tech Refresh Program

This coordinator will support a long-term technology refresh initiative by assisting project managers with administrative and operational tasks, primarily within ServiceNow PPM and Smartsheets.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project data in ServiceNow PPM
  • Support project managers by managing documentation and tracking deliverables
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with deadlines
  • Attend client and internal meetings to capture action items and updates

Qualifications
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow PPM (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets and Google Workplace
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
