Project Coordinator (Remote)
for our premier client.

Education And Experience »

  • Must have 1 to 3 years' experience working in project coordinator/project support role.
  • Must have basic knowledge and experience with Excel and PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Project preferred.
  • Degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong emotional intelligence skills.
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be in the Central time zone (St. Louis location preferred).

What You'll Do
Job Responsibilities:

  • Create project related purchase requisitions and purchase orders and reconcile and validate invoices related to purchases.
  • Draft and submit PCRs as requested.
  • Update and manage project risk, issue, and decision logs.
  • Assist project managers in maintaining and monitoring project schedules, work estimates and actual work hours.
  • Assist financial analysts in creating and managing detailed project budget. Research and resolve project budget variances that are identified.
  • Assist with updating Project Status slides.
  • Assist technical leads in navigating governance items related to project delivery
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Meeting administration - scheduling, taking of meetings minutes, post meeting follow-ups, etc.
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
