We are seeking a friendly, professional, and attentive Host or Hostess to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will greet guests warmly, manage reservations and seating efficiently, and ensure that every guest begins their dining experience with a smile.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
Answer phone calls, provide accurate information, and take reservations as needed.
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
Assist in light guest service duties as needed during busy hours.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role preferred.
Friendly, approachable, and well-spoken with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Mandarin language skills (speaking and understanding) strongly preferred to better assist our diverse clientele.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $27.23 per hour
