Trinity Pharmacy Services is an Alternate Site Pharmacy that provides Medication Management, Home Infusion, and Sterile and Non-Sterile Compounding services to patients throughout West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio. We service the chronically ill and patients with specialized needs. Trinity is looking to add an Intake/Patient Care Coordinator to our team. This position entails onboarding new patients, data entry, patient follow-up, communication with referral sources, and integration with our Pharmacy Team. Communication will be via phone, text, email, Microsoft Teams and facsimile. This can potentially be a remote position; however, the position will require some on-site availability. Qualifications:
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Excellent computer skills including but not limited to: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, Teams, etc.
- Ability to learn multiple software systems
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Strong Work Ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
