- Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve consistent, measurable results.
- Set clear goals and expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Partner with the broader North America Sales leadership team to ensure alignment and consistency in people development and succession planning.
Commercial Discipline and Operational Excellence
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM and other sales enablement tools to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement.
- Utilize KPIs and other performance metrics to track regional progress and guide decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement in sales processes, customer experience, and communication practices.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to align sales goals with profitability and cost management targets.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 and $190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
Knowledge/Education:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the attachment tools, construction equipment, or related industry, including direct sales or product management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a regional or national sales organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and dealer performance through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of dealer channel management, market development, and aftermarket sales.
- Excellent business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and influence decisions.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
