What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Train the Sales Team: Oversee and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed goals.
  • Door-to-Door Canvassing: Engage potential clients by inspecting homes for damage and offering tailored roofing solutions.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships, address client needs, and ensure they understand their options.
  • Insurance Claims Support: Guide clients through the insurance claims process.
  • Sales Presentations & Contracts: Prepare and present customized roofing solutions, contracts, and product presentations.
  • Sales Goals: Consistently strive to meet or exceed company sales targets.
  • Client Record Management: Ensure accurate client information is logged and maintained.
  • Daily Team Communication: Provide ongoing guidance, support, and alignment with company objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven success in sales leadership; roofing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems and the insurance claims process.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a sales team to exceed goals.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and team growth.
  • Strong objection-handling and real-time problem-solving abilities.
