Senior Account Manager
to help deepen relationships, drive adoption, and ensure customers continue to see real value from the platform.
About the Role
As a
Senior Account Manager
, you'll be the go-to person for key clients across North America — understanding their needs, helping them get the most out of the product suite, and identifying opportunities to expand and evolve the relationship.

. You'll work closely with Product, Support, and Commercial teams to ensure clients are not just satisfied, but genuinely excited about how the technology is helping them simplify post-trade operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts across the post-trade and capital markets space.
- Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships.
- Understand client workflows, business objectives, and challenges — and translate these into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product adoption and identify new use cases.
- Negotiate renewals and support commercial discussions with a value-led, consultative approach.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulation, and technology developments to guide clients effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience
in account management, relationship management, or client success within
FinTech, post-trade, or capital markets software
. - Solid understanding of post-trade processes (e.g., clearing, settlement, reconciliation, or collateral management).
- Strong commercial awareness — you know how to balance relationship management with business growth.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across front, middle, and back office.
- Proactive, organised, and client-focused with a collaborative mindset.
