Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our hospitality team.

This person will work at the register in our food trucks at Rooftop at Riverside in Bonita.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic food and beverage environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience

  • Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately

  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases

  • Restocking and replenishing

  • Upsell products to customers to increase sales + orders

  • Handle returns in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers

  • Basic math skills for cash handling and calculations

  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

  • Knowledge of technical sales is advantageous

  • Multilingual abilities are beneficial for customer interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
