Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a strong ability to engage with customers and drive sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in creating relationships and hitting quotas set by management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing any concerns.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions,
  • Engage customers in product demonstrations to enhance their experience and promote sales.
  • Implement math skills to manage sales reports and inventory counts accurately.
  • Promote upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Generate and follow up on leads.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative when needed.
  • Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
