We are seeking an ambitious Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our team. This Entry Level Assistant Manager role focuses on building relationships with businesses, guiding them through customer enrollment, and helping them find the best energy solutions available.

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager , you will learn how to work with businesses in a B2B sales setting. Your primary responsibility will be customer enrollment by presenting energy programs, managing accounts, and providing excellent service. This is an Entry Level Assistant Manager opportunity designed for individuals who thrive in sales, relationship building, and working with businesses of all sizes.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person sales presentations with businesses to explain energy options.
  • Learn to build long-term relationships with local businesses through professional sales techniques.
  • Manage customer enrollment for new and existing businesses while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver excellent in-person customer service during and after customer enrollment.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while representing our energy partners.
  • Provide feedback and support to improve customer enrollment processes for businesses.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in sales and career growth.
  • Previous in-person customer-facing or sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with businesses and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer enrollment tasks effectively.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn the Bilingual Management Trainee role inside and out.
