Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes, along with exceptional communication skills to effectively explain services and estimates to clients. Experience in dealership settings and auto service management is highly preferred, along with a passion for automotive repair and customer satisfaction.

About Us:

Adam's Auto Aid, LLC is a mobile mechanic company serving individuals and small businesses throughout Florida. We specialize in on-site maintenance, repairs, and inspections — bringing the shop to the customer with honesty, speed, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
  • Assess vehicle issues by listening to customer concerns and conducting preliminary diagnostics.
  • Prepare detailed service estimates, including parts, labor, and additional recommendations such as oil changes, alignments, or tire services.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians regarding repair needs, parts ordering, and timelines.
  • Upsell additional services based on vehicle diagnostics and customer needs while maintaining integrity.
  • Write service orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Reach out to small businesses to promote our fleet maintenance program and obtain fleet contracts
  • Manage fleet customer relationships and renewals

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in automotive sales, customer service, or dispatching (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and procedures.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Hourly pay + commission on fleet acquisition
  • 5-20 hours per week to start
  • Flexible schedule
