Position Overview:

We're seeking passionate, people-focused individuals to join our team as Community Success Advisors. In this role, you'll connect with community members, sponsors, creators, and partners to ensure they have the guidance, support, and information needed to succeed withint the communities we support.

You'll serve as a bridge between our organization and the communities we support — helping maintain engagement, connection, and communication across our network.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach and engage in meaningful conversations with potential members, partners, sponsors and collaborators.
  • Share information about our communities, the mission, services, and opportunities available through our connections.
  • Assist with onboarding, follow-up, and remain the main point of contact throughout the journey.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for community, connection, and purposeful work.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Sales, customer success, or community management experience preferred but not required.

Job Type: Contract

Projected Total Compensation: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
