USA Wraps is a premium automotive restyling company specializing in vinyl wraps, PPF, ceramic coating, detailing and custom projects. We are looking for a highly organized, responsible and proactive Shop Manager who will fully oversee daily operations at the location and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shop operations: opening/closing, cleanliness, tool/material readiness.
  • Build schedules, assign tasks to installers, coordinate timelines with the Sales Manager.
  • Manage subcontractors (tint, powder coating, calipers, detailing).
  • Control deadlines, quality, car drop-off/pickup.
  • Handle vehicle intake: inspection, photo documentation, estimate adjustments.
  • Update clients with progress (photo/video), ensure final quality before delivery.
  • Handle complaints and organize rework when needed.
  • Track team performance, enforce safety and shop rules.
  • Onboard new staff, provide SOPs and checklists.
  • Manage inventory, purchase supplies, update QuickBooks.

Reporting

Daily: revenue/expenses update; inventory update.

Weekly: P&L breakdown, unit economics, materials report, contractor performance, weekly issues, KPI tracking.

Monthly: full location P&L (revenue, COGS, gross margin, OpEx, net profit, break-even).

Requirements

  • Experience in operations or shop management (automotive).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage installers and contractors.
  • Fluent English.
  • Basic tech skills (CRM, Google Drive, QuickBooks — training provided).
