Highlight Health is hiring a diligent and highly motivated Administrative Sales Assistant to join its Sales Team. This role will provide administrative support for Highlight Health's sales organization. This individual is responsible for supporting our sales efforts by working directly with our executive and sales teams ensuring all data and documents are properly saved and organized in our repository and CRM, as well as helping to manage our outgoing reports to our clients and business partners. This role will be key in delivering high-quality experience to our TPA, plan sponsor, and broker partners, while enabling leadership to focus on growing relationships and revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales Administrative Support
  • Support Highlight Health Sales Team and Executive Team
  • Responsible for calendaring, scheduling, filing, and keeping track of team deadlines
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all requests by Sales Team forassistance
  • Assist with Sales team projects and other administrative and organizational projects
  • Manage CRM to ensure all sales activity is entered,accurate, and up to date
  • Manage document repository to ensure all documents are properly saved and named to theappropriate folder(s)
  • Manage the creation and delivery of sales materials such as presentations, proposals, and operational documents
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of packets of information delivered to key business partners and stakeholders, and ensure information is delivered per established security protocols
  • General sales support such as scheduling calls and liaising with other teams to ensure items are completed in a timely manner
  • Occasional support during off-site meetings and conferences

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial, personable, outgoing, and caring
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team setting
  • Must have excellent writing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Sound professional judgment and high degree of poise and professionalism when interacting with internal and external contacts
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines for Sales Team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
  • Previous internship or work experience in the healthcare industry

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base compensation: $60,000+ per year/hourly wage
  • Highlight Health offers an attractive benefits package, with healthcare cost reimbursement, paid time off, commuting benefits, short term disability, an employer 401(k) contribution, and bonuses
  • After 90 days of employment, you may work from home 1 day per week
