Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our sales team. This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls and digital outreach to generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and experience in telemarketing or inside sales. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish language skills are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop business relationships, enhance marketing strategies, and contribute directly to company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted lists and marketing campaigns
  • Engage potential customers through effective communication, emphasizing the value of our products/services
  • Qualify leads based on client needs and interest levels to ensure appointment quality
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and nurture relationships
  • Utilize negotiation skills to address client questions or concerns during initial contact

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles, preferably in technology or B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and customer service best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting targets
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
