We are now seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing team and help connect clients with our professional service staff.

Position Overview:

The Appointment Setter will play a key role in managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting the office team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, professional attitude. You'll interact with a variety of clients daily—by phone, email, and in person—to ensure smooth appointment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing clients to schedule consultations and follow-up meetings.
  • Manage and update the appointment calendar for tax, bookkeeping, and service departments.
  • Confirm appointments and provide reminders to clients via phone, text, or email.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide basic service information, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Accurately record client data, inquiries, and updates into CRM or scheduling software.
  • Follow up with missed or canceled appointments to reschedule.
  • Collaborate with management to meet daily and weekly scheduling goals.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone when speaking with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple appointments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with scheduling or CRM tools preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
