Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified appointments with prospective clients across various industries.
- Engage in warm calling by following up on marketing leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update prospect information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills by clearly explaining our services and value propositions to potential clients.
- Negotiate appointment times that suit both the client's schedule and our sales team's availability, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign strategies and target audiences for more effective outreach.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, providing exceptional customer service during each call.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities through outbound calling and market research.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence.
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development initiatives.
