Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified appointments with prospective clients across various industries.
  • Engage in warm calling by following up on marketing leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update prospect information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills by clearly explaining our services and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate appointment times that suit both the client's schedule and our sales team's availability, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign strategies and target audiences for more effective outreach.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, providing exceptional customer service during each call.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities through outbound calling and market research.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence.
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development initiatives.
