Job Description:
Lead the charge as Director, Customer Solution Engineering, building and scaling a 10-person team that owns the entire technical customer journey. From pre-sales architecture and PoCs to implementation and expansion, you'll drive faster time-to-value and higher customer satisfaction. This player-coach role demands a builder's mindset to leverage AI and shape the future of customer success.

Location: New York, USA or San Francisco, USA

What you will do:

  • Architect and own the end-to-end technical customer journey, ensuring seamless value realization.

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a global team of high-caliber Solution/Forward-Deployed Engineers.

  • Implement AI-powered automation and standardized playbooks to accelerate time-to-value and improve customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate:

  • 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (SE, PS) with 2+ years of people management experience.

  • Strong engineering background and deep fluency with modern AI tooling, including prompt engineering and RAG.

  • Proven track record of building or scaling Solutions/Services teams at high-growth AI or SaaS companies.
