This role seeks a Growth Product Designer to drive user engagement, product adoption, and retention for a leading global platform. You'll craft intuitive experiences, run experiments, and translate insights into measurable impact, working at the intersection of product, design, and growth to shape the future of work.

What you will do:

  • Design user-centric solutions that drive key growth metrics like activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and marketing to define and test growth hypotheses.
  • Utilize data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions, identify friction points, and optimize user journeys.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses proven growth experience with a strong portfolio showcasing measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Is comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with strong communication and storytelling skills.
