Role Description

The responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property market analyses, advising clients on real estate opportunities, negotiating sales or lease agreements, and providing exceptional client service. The advisor will also be responsible for staying updated on market trends, managing property portfolios, and addressing client inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate transactions
  • Proven Sales skills and ability to execute successful negotiations
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Active real estate license or ability to obtain one is required
