Real Estate Team Admin
to become the backbone of our operations — managing listings, contracts, and marketing, while helping build the systems that support our next level of growth.

This is an
ideal role for someone who has experience in real estate coordination, operations, or marketing
and is ready to step into a leadership path. You'll work closely with the team leads to streamline systems, oversee transactions, coordinate communication, and manage the day-to-day operations that keep the business moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage listings and transaction files from contract to close
  • Prepare and organize listing documents, disclosures, and marketing materials
  • Update the CRM, MLS, and shared tracking systems to maintain accurate client records
  • Coordinate team meetings, track deadlines, and communicate with vendors and partners
  • Support social media, email marketing, and client events
  • Maintain and improve systems, checklists, and standard operating procedures
  • Provide reporting and accountability tracking for the team's production goals
  • Serve as a liaison between team members, clients, and the broker's office
  • Take initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise

Ideal Candidate

  • Able to handle a fast and deadline focused pace
  • 2–3+ years of experience in real estate operations, marketing, or transaction coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with tools like MS Office Suite, Canva, CRM systems, and Bright MLS platform
  • Confident communicator who can manage multiple priorities at once
  • Resourceful, positive, and driven to learn — with leadership potential and a systems mindset
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
