  • - Accurately submit billing files for various payers, ensuring precision at every step.
  • - Make sure all necessary billing data, Home Health Agency (HHA) documentation, and medication import files are perfectly entered into our billing system before claims are submitted.
  • - Keep our cash flow healthy by meeting all billing deadlines for each payer.
  • - Confirm that files are accepted by payers for processing and obtain acknowledgment reports for transparency.
  • - Conduct thorough insurance verifications to solidify your understanding of hospice service benefit requirements.
  • - Reach out to managed care insurance companies to confirm eligibility and benefits, ensuring our patients receive the exceptional care they deserve.
  • - Utilize your knowledge of electronic claim entry systems to effectively verify Medicare coverage.
  • - Become familiar with EMDEON Assist for accurate Medicare verification.
  • - Navigate the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) system effortlessly for correct Medicare coverage verification.
